Each Bloomberry experience is created with intention, from selecting fresh flowers to preparing meaningful details for our guests.                                                    These policies help us honor that process while ensuring everything flows smoothly for you and our team.

Refund + Cancellation Policy

Private Floral Workshops

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event. 
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be eligible for one reschedule (subject to availability).

Tickets for Floral Workshops

Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the workshop. 
You may transfer your ticket to a friend or to a future Bloomberry workshop (subject to availability).

Floral Orders & Events

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Final payment is due 14 days prior.
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. 
Reschedules may be accommodated based on availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Local deliveries are available within the Charlotte area; fees vary by location and will appear at checkout or on your invoice.  
Fresh floral arrangements are not shipped.  
Please double-check addresses provided; Bloomberry is not responsible for misaddressed deliveries.

Event Photography & Social Media

We love capturing the beauty and joy of each Bloomberry experience. 
By attending a workshop, private event, or floral experience,
you grant Bloomberry Bouquets permission to photograph and/or
record the event and to use these images and videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the event begins, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

Terms & General Information

By purchasing a ticket, placing an order, or booking a private event, you agree to these policies.  
Bloomberry may cancel or reschedule workshops or events due to unforeseen circumstances. 
Guests will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future date.
